Real Estate Lead, Head Count planning (m/f/d) [Czech Republic]

The Real Estate Lead, HC Planning, takes ownership for developing and maintaining the 3 years Head Count (HC) planning process for Novartis offices globally. She/he will also be responsible to collect, maintain and update current HC numbers in all Novartis offices. The outcome of this work will enable Real Estate to better plan the needed space to accommodate Novartis associates based on the office standards set in place.

You will work closely with local and regional Real Estate leads, and with partner company on site to collect the data from. Additionally, will work closely with other domains across operations, Finance, P&O and other divisions in Novartis, to ensure quality HC data planning.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Set clear objectives for the Real estate planning process
  • Work closely with other domains and divisions across Novartis (Finance, P&O)
  • Coordinates with internal key stakeholders and Real Estate Leadership to ensure process is approved
  • Drives productivity improvements through process excellence
  • Conduct gap analysis to understand the current HC planning status, and own Real Estate HC planning process. Split HC numbers based on pre-defined categories
  • Review data needs, data sources, systems, and individuals that are critical for the success of the process implementation
  • Conduct periodic HC review and planning cycles from actual data and 3 years data
  • Develop the tools needed to save and share the data collected with relevant stakeholders and data consumers

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • University Degree, MBA desirable
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably Business Process re-engineering
  • Profound Project Management. change management and analytical skills
  • Proven stakeholder management competencies / experiences.
  • Fluent spoken and written professional English are a must. Other foreign languages nice to have.
