BOA Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd. is a legal branch established by BOA Technology Inc. in China, responsible for the liaison and management of the company's OEM and suppliers, technical support for all cooperative brand factories and solving quality problems, as well as the marketing and sales of the entire Greater China.

Overview of Role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Manufacturing Excellence, in this position, you are a key leader contributing to our lean manufacturing journey. You will facilitate lean manufacturing activities with the manufacturing leadership team and drive efficiency improvement towards our long-term goals. You are expected to have strong influencing skills and support us to build the culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 8 years’ MNC experience in manufacturing roles
• Lean Manufacturing certified or 6 Sigma certified experience is a must. Familiar with continuous improvement tools(MDI, Kaizen, VSM,…etc)
• Strong problem-solving, gap analysis, presentation capability and proactive driver for continuous improvement
• Must be familiar with MS office Excel, PowerPoint, Visio…etc.
• Available to travel to/stay in supplier factories or global offices on demand

Desired Qualifications:

• Fluent in written and verbal English
• PMP certification
