Primary Responsibilities / 主要职责 :
This position is to demonstrate candidates’ abilities to precisely & efficiently inspect products as per customers’ requirements and to handle and investigate non-conforming parts as per quality procedures. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, execute actions to achieve objectives for self.

Develop and maintain inspection plans for products, including raw materials, standard parts, semi-finished and finished parts, and NPI; 制定和维护产品生产所需要的检验计划，包括原材料、半成品、成品和新品。- Verify manufacturing & process sheets and PFMEA; 审核产品制造的工艺文件和工序的失效模式。
- Investigate and conduct root cause analysis on quality issues like DR/QEM/MRB with data driven approaches like SPC, Cpk, QC-Cali, mini-tab, Gemba, and 3A method; 使用以数据为导向的方式（比如SPC、Cpk、QC-Cal、Mini-Tab、Gemba、3A）对于质量问题进行分析，找出根本原因，比如不合格品、质量逃逸、让步接收等。
- Continuously improve QA procedures, work instruction, inspection plan to meet high expectation in AOS and OMR; 按照AOS 和OMR的高标准，对于QA的流程、工作指导书进行持续的改进。
- Meet QEP required training & 6 sigma green belt project to self develop QA skills and competencies; 完成QEP所要求的培训和6Sigma绿带项目，自我完善和提高QA所需要的技能和能力。
- Initiate and provide data for eCAV, SPS, CID implementation and process changes; 为eCAV、SPS、CID执行和制程改变启动流程和提供数据。
- Raise and react to quality concerns 提出和反馈质量疑虑
- Implement QA skills’ examination on inspectors and operators 对于检验员和操作工的质量技能进行考核
- Design inspection gauges and inspection fixtures; 设计量具和检验夹具
- Assist internal / external audits if necessary. 按照需要协助内部和外部的审核。
- Communicate with internal and external customers/suppliers for quality issues. 就质量问题与内外部客户和供应商沟通
- Other work from QA leader领导安排的其它工作。
Qualifications Required / 基本要求 :
a. Education教育程度
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with major in mechanical engineering or equivalent 大学本科或大专学历，专业为机械工程或等同的专业
b. Working experience工作经验
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred 两年或以上的工艺工程师（偏向）
- About 3 years’ experience in quality related role 约三年的质量相关岗位经历
c. Specific knowledge专门知识
- Six Sigma training is preferred 接受过6 Sigma培训
- Familiar with CATIA, UG CAD/CAM preferred熟练UG或CATIA
- At least 4 level English英语4级
- Computer skills like excel, ppt, word有电脑工作的能力，特别是Excel，Word，PPT
- Special process experiences like heat treatment, welding， NDT preferred 有特殊工艺的经验（比如热处理、焊接， NDT）
- Some common quality analysis tools like A3, 8D, PFMEA能使用质量分析的常规工具，如A3， 8D， PFMEA
- Basic GD&T 掌握基本的尺寸图形的知识
Desired / 期望要求 :
- Ability to read English engineering drawings and specifications 有能力阅读理解图纸和规范
- Basic ability for mechanical design (gauging)有设计量具的基本能力
- Ability to manage priorities and achieve results 有能力分清工作的重点，达到目标的能力
- Prior exposure to and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is preferred 有精益制造的知识和经验
- Basic manufacturing process knowledge 有基本的制造工艺知识
- Basic oral and written communication skills in English有基本的英文交流能力
- Strong self-disciplined自律性强
- Six Sigma training is preferred 有6Sigma培训
- Experience in aviation manufacturing preferred. 有航空制造的工作背景
- Some common quality analysis tools like A3, 8D, PFMEA 懂一些通用的质量分析的工具比如A3、8D、失效模式等
- Ability to use common inspection tools, like caliper, micrometer, height gauge etc.有使用通用量具的能力，比如游标卡尺、千分表、高度仪等。
